Working across both video and photo work-streams, I was leading the Producing and Projects team, driving operational and creative excellence within a fast paced environment, over a broad range of productions within HelloFresh Group (6 brands globally)

Responsible for workflows and pipelines of day-to-day operations along with long term hero campaigns. I was building the team, setting up foundations and strategies. Working closely with art directors, stylists and leads, while fostering collaboration between studio and headquarters, across multiple departments along with external agencies, production companies and freelancer talent.

Leading the Video and Motion team, creating content for 20 brands in over 40 countries. Concepting, planning and directing internal and external video, photo productions and animations for online, TVC and digital out-of-home, as well as UX/UI and XR. Working closely with performance marketing, art directors, research, brand and campaign managers on major projects and campaigns.

Consulting and coordinating the team on both production and post-production workflows. Developing 360 global campaigns and projects in collaboration with Facebook, Snapchat and Google Unskippable Labs.

Working in a very fast paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously. Briefing external agencies, creating guidelines, facilitating workshops, complicated project management, delegating and reviewing tasks as well as managing and mentoring a team of 8 creatives.

Leading global video team creating content for 20 countries. Setting style guides and managing project workflow from concept to delivery. 

Working closely with internal content team and performance marketing to come up with new ways where video can be implemented. Acting as an in-house video director as well as production coordinator for all local and global campaigns.
